Cake International magazine is packed full of tutorials and tips and features a lots of cake artists from around the world.
Issue 7 includes my spring awakening cake tutorial, including the trailing leaves and cosmos flowers. The green foliage draws your eye around the cake and adds movement, while lace and texture details provide interest on all of the tiers.
